We are looking for a finance skilled with a strong Financial Reporting background, preferably from a listed company workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of financial statements
Quarterly and annual reporting requirements
Ind AS compliance and statutory disclosures
Audit coordination (Statutory/Internal)
Financial close and consolidation activities
Board / Management MIS and performance reporting
Additional Requirements:
In addition to reporting, exposure to business accounting, MIS, budgeting, variance analysis, and finance automation initiatives would be valuable.
This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership, provide meaningful financial insights, and ensure strong governance and reporting standards.
It is not a pure accounting operations, AP/AR, taxation, or bookkeeping profile.
