We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager with robust expertise in ASO, Paid User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, and Mobile App Growth. The candidate will be responsible for driving app visibility, installs, user acquisition, engagement, and growth across iOS and Android.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ASO and User Acquisition strategies for iOS and Android apps.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns.
Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, icons, screenshots, and videos to improve visibility and conversion.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Monitor app rankings, ratings, reviews, installs, and conversion rates.
Manage campaigns based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and retention.
Plan and analyze A/B tests for creatives and app store listings.
Work with design and content teams to create effective app store and ad creatives.
Track performance using analytics and attribution tools and prepare regular reports.
Align organic ASO and paid acquisition strategies for overall app growth.
Stay updated with App Store, Google Play,



and advertising platform trends and algorithm changes.

ASO: Sensor Tower, AppFollow, AppTweak, MobileAction
Platforms: App Store Connect, Google Play Console
Analytics: Google Analytics, Firebase
Attribution: Adjust, AppsFlyer
Paid UA: Google Ads / App Campaigns, Meta Ads
Reporting: Excel / Google Sheets

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in ASO, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Mobile App Growth.
Hands-on experience managing ASO for at least 23 live apps.
Proven experience in paid user acquisition and campaign optimization.
Experience in gaming, SaaS, e-commerce, or IT product companies preferred.
Knowledge of localization and global ASO/UA strategies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written English for metadata and ad copy.
Portfolio or case studies of previous ASO/UA results preferred.

Preferred Certifications: Google Play Academy, Google Ads, or relevant Digital Marketing certification.
