Job Description
Drive the overall business strategy, growth roadmap, and operational priorities.
Drive business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, consultants, project organisations, and institutional stakeholders.
Lead manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and engineering functions.
Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain.
Enhance capacity utilisation, operational performance, and working capital effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant




20+ years of experience in manufacturing-led organisations.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations with full business and P&L; responsibility.
Robust background across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability improvement.
Experience in customer-facing leadership roles, business development, or commercial management.
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional leadership teams.
Solid strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills.
