About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality 3D visual content that brings ideas to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to deliver visually compelling assets for a variety of platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality 3D models, animations, renders, and visual assets for digital, print, product, or immersive experiences.
Translate creative briefs and concepts into 3D visualizations that effectively communicate brand and project goals.
Collaborate with other designers, art directors, and developers to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Optimize 3D assets for different platforms (web, AR/VR, mobile, real-time engines).
Create mood boards, storyboards, and presentation visuals to communicate concepts.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in 3D and digital visualization.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:




Bachelors degree in Design, 3D Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
25+ years of experience in 3D visual design, modeling, or motion graphics.
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
Experience with rendering engines (Octane, Redshift, V-Ray, Arnold, etc.).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
Understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, and real-time rendering principles.
Excellent eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
A robust portfolio showcasing 3D design work across various mediums.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
Knowledge of interactive 3D design.
Experience in product visualization, architectural rendering, or motion graphics.
Basic understanding of scripting or automation in design workflows.
