Key Responsibilities
Assist in the smooth and secure functioning of the plant and coating process.
Follow protected working practices, GMPs, and company safety procedures.
Learn and understand basic machine operations related to the coating process.
Gain exposure to different types of coatings such as print receptive, velvet, scuff-free, barrier, and matt coatings.
Learn the basics of conversion ratio and production-related calculations.
Develop an understanding of chemical coatings and the end application of coated products.
Assist in monitoring machine performance and identifying opportunities to reduce downtime.
Support the team in maintaining consistent quality of coated products.
Assist in the production of coated and printed films, including quality checks and slitting activities.
Support workforce coordination and day-to-day activities within the department.
Understand key productivity and efficiency parameters and assist in achieving departmental targets.
Gain awareness of quality, environmental, safety, and sustainability standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISCC+, and BRCGS.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to production, quality, and process activities.
