Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of proven success in marketing IT consultants (H1B, H1 Transfers, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to various clients and vendors in the US market.

Responsibilities:
Market available consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
Build robust relationships with vendors and clients for consistent requirements.
Understand the skills and experience of consultants and find suitable opportunities.
Negotiate rates and prepare consultants for interviews.
Maintain a pipeline of consultants and regularly follow up with clients/vendors.
Update and maintain internal databases, submission trackers, and status reports.




Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and interviews.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).
Excellent knowledge of marketing H1B, GC, OPT, and USC candidates.
Must have valuable vendor contacts and established relationships.
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
