B. Com. (Mandatory) + LLB/M. Com./MBA (Finance)/CAn
3–5 years of experience in NGOs, Trusts, or Foundations onlyn
Solid knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations managementn
Experience in managing multi-stakeholder social development programsn
Understanding of SDGs, ESG, SROI, and impact measurement frameworksn
Robust MIS, reporting, and presentation skillsn
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesn
English and Gujarati proficiency is mandatoryn
Lead strategy, planning, and execution of SRKKF's social development programs aligned with SDGsn
Drive budgeting, financial planning,



and resource allocation while ensuring financial accountabilityn
Oversee MIS, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersn
Manage legal, audit, statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programsn
Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholdersn
Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems using SROI, ESG, and SDG frameworksn
Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program impactn
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, mission-driven teamsn
