nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to lead the design and delivery of an AI-powered up-to-date market data analytics platform.
nYou will combine hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and domain-driven design to build scalable, data-intensive solutions that drive complex investment market analytics.
nThis is a key role bridging engineering excellence and financial domain expertise, working closely with analytics specialists, and stakeholders.
nResponsibilities:
nTechnical Leadership:

Lead a cross-functional engineering team (backend, frontend, data)n
Own system architecture and technical design decisionsn
Set engineering standards: code quality, performance, security, and scalabilityn
Mentor engineers and perform technical reviewsn
Drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observabilityn

nHands-On Development:

Design and implement backend services using .NET (C#)n
Build up-to-date, user-centric interfaces with Reactn




Design and optimize Graph Database models to represent complex ownership, fund, and valuation relationshipsn
Ensure high performance querying and analytics over interconnected financial datan
Collaborate on API design (REST / GraphQL)n

nDomain & Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Private Equity and Valuation experts, Business Analysts and SME's to translate business requirements into technical solutionsn
Participate in data modeling for:n
Ownership structuresn
Financial instrumentsn
Valuation methodologiesn
Support data accuracy, transparency, and auditabilityn

nMandatory Skills Description:
nTechnical:
n
n
10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development.n
4+ years experience managing development teams on a Team Lead positionn
3+ years delivering UI solutions with React framework.n
Proven expertise with Graph Databases (Cypher, Gremlin, graph modeling, traversal algorithms)
