knows ExtendScript / JSX / UXP / CEP plugin framework well enough to review designs, unblock Senior Engineers, and make tooling decisions; does not need to be the deepest scripter on the team. LLM-assisted development habitsn
Cursor / Claude Code / GitHub Copilot or equivalent as a daily tool; knows when to trust LLM output and when to verify. Cloud architecturen
