Job Summary
The Senior Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth through technical sales of pneumatic products and providing after-sales service support. The role requires a solid blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills to support clients across manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
● Identify and develop recent business opportunities in industrial sectors (OEMs, end users, Dealers & distributors).
● Promote and sell pneumatic products such as cylinders, valves, FRLs, fittings, Tubings and automation solutions.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
● Develop solid relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
● Handle techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closures.




● Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
B. Technical Support
● Provide pre-sales technical consultation and product selection guidance.
● Understand customer applications and recommend suitable pneumatic solutions.
● Assist in system design and integration of pneumatic components.
● Coordinate with design/production teams for customized solutions.
C. After-Sales Service & Support
● Provide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support at customer sites.
● Handle breakdowns, service complaints, and maintenance requirements.
● Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
● Conduct preventive maintenance and service audits.
D. Customer Relationship Management
● Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
● Ensure repeat business and customer retention.
● Address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
