nKey Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions based on business requirements.n
Configure and customize Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Agent Mobile App, Dispatching, Scheduling, Territories, and Workforce Management.n
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.n
Configure and maintain FSO data models, scheduling policies, assignment rules, and resource management.n
Integrate FSO with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and third-party applications.n
Develop REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.n
Create and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows,



and automation processes.n
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.n
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.n
Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.n
