Job Description About Position:

nWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Peoplesoft Administration to drive automation-led transformation across IT infrastructure services. This role is responsible for identifying overseeing ERP Technology, PeopleSoft System Administrators for day-to-day technical operation, security, availability, maintenance, and performance of COHs PeopleSoft FSCM & HCM platforms.

Workplace Administration (Managing the PeopleSoft environments for Dev, Test, Prod)n
Patch and Upgrade Management (addresses question 7)n
Security Administration (system access control, user account administration, etc.)n
Production Support (Diagnosing and resolving outages, addressing middleware issues, etc.)n
Performance & Capacity Management (monitoring resource utilization for CPU, memory, and disk, monitoring process scheduler performance,
and working with developers on performance tuning)n
Project Migration between settingsn
Infrastructure Coordination (with DBAs, Windows/Linux admins, SSL certificate management, disaster recovery exercises, etc.)n
