Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for a Principal Software Engineer – SCADA & Industrial Automation to join our Energy Industries Digital Organization. You will provide technical leadership in the design, development,
and evolution of next-generation SCADA and industrial automation software platforms while driving innovation across enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications.
Working closely with Product Management, Architects, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and global R&D; teams, you will lead end-to-end product development, influence software architecture, mentor engineering teams, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using C++, C#, .NET, Angular, and up-to-date cloud-native technologies.
This role is contributing to the Energy Industries – Research & Development organization in Bangalore, India.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise SCADA and industrial automation software by delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern full-stack technologies, industrial communication standards, and cloud-native architectur
