ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Manager Data, Analytics & AI to lead and execute data, analytics, and AI initiatives for a leading name in the renewable energy sector. You'll be on the payroll of Credenca, working full-time from the client's Mumbai office, acting as the key bridge between the Credenca team and the client owning solution design, project delivery, and team leadership end to end.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who combines strong technical depth (Microsoft/Azure ecosystem) with business acumen, stakeholder management, and hands-on team leadership.

WORK DETAILS

Work Location: Client office, Kurla, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days a week + alternate Saturdays

Saturday Flexibility: Option to WFH on working Saturdays (6-hour day)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, general shift

Team Size: Will lead a team of 810 members

Compensation: 22–27 LPA (all fixed, in-hand)

Laptop: Candidates with their own laptop preferred; company-provided laptop available if needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Data,



Analytics and AI projects from requirement gathering through delivery
- Act as the primary bridge between the Credenca delivery team and client stakeholders
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solutions
- Define solution architecture, approach, and implementation roadmap
- Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 across Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI
- Identify and drive opportunities in AI, Gen AI, Analytics, and Automation
- Ensure quality, timelines, and successful delivery of all projects
- Support identification and development of current Data, Analytics & AI opportunities with the client

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience with the Microsoft / Azure technology stack and Databricks
- Strong background in Data Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Analytics & Reporting
- Experience with AI / Genera
