PPC Studio (ppcstud.io) helps businesses grow through performance-driven digital marketing. We're looking for a Sales Manager to own our end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
Role Overview
This is a full-cycle sales role covering outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, client audits, discovery calls, and proposal creation. You'll be the primary revenue driver, owning the process from first touch to signed deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate outbound leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Manage and convert inbound leads generated through marketing efforts
- Conduct timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged through the sales funnel
- Perform website/ad account audits to identify prospect pain points and opportunities
- Run discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing
- Negotiate and close deals, handing off smoothly to the delivery team
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and sales activity tracking
Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in digital marketing (agency, in-house, or platform side)
- Proven experience in a full-cycle sales role (outbound + inbound)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable conducting audits and translating findings into a sales narrative
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Based anywhere in India
