Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role includes planning and coordinating workflows, managing resources, and monitoring performance against operational targets. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, address operational issues, and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include supervising staff,



maintaining compliance with company policies, preparing operational reports, and supporting senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in operations management, including process optimization and resource planning.
Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use metrics to drive operational decisions.
Proficiency with standard office and business software; familiarity with ERP or workflow management tools is an advantage.
