Role Description The Salesperson will work in a full time, hybrid role based in Malda,



with a mix of office-based responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching prospective clients, explaining PSL’s financial products and services, and helping clients choose suitable investment and trading solutions. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, supporting account opening and onboarding processes, and promoting PSL’s digital platforms such as PSMART and Mr. PIP. The Salesperson will collaborate with branch and business associate teams to meet sales targets, ensure high-quality customer service, and uphold regulatory and compliance standards. The position requires accurate recordkeeping, periodic reporting of sales activities, and participation in local marketing or outreach initiatives as needed.
