Role Description The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at Framite AI is a full time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial work from home.



This role is responsible for managing client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience from onboarding through project delivery. The CRM will coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, gather and clarify client requirements, track project progress, and proactively communicate timelines, deliverables, and feedback. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolving issues, preparing status reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction. The CRM will also support recent business by participating in client meetings, helping shape proposals, and aligning Framite AI’s services with client goals.
