Role Description The Distinguished Professor of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) will provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and mentoring within the department. Daily responsibilities include designing and delivering advanced CSE courses, supervising student projects and theses, and guiding junior faculty and researchers. The role involves leading high-impact research initiatives, publishing in top-tier venues,



and contributing to curriculum development and departmental strategy. The Distinguished Professor will also engage in qualified service, such as committee work, outreach, and collaborations with industry and research institutions. This is a full-time, in office position based at the BITS Pilani campus in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications

Extensive expertise in core CSE domains such as algorithms, systems, artificial intelligence, data science, or related areas, demonstrated through high-quality research output.
