About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – IT Staff Augmentation who is a hard-working, target-driven salesperson with a strong understanding of client acquisition, account management, and IT staffing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, building relationships, generating business, following up relentlessly, closing opportunities, and growing accounts.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, IT Recruitment, Recruitment Solutions, B2B Technology Services, or related sales/business development, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue.

If you are someone who is comfortable with targets, sales conversations, negotiations, follow-ups, client meetings, and converting prospects into business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities





Client Management & Account Growth
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and requirements.
Understand client business needs, hiring plans, technology requirements, and workforce challenges.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, and repeat business.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and account reviews to identify recent opportunities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and develop clients into long-term business partners.

Sales & Business Development
Own and drive sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, existing connections, and direct prospecting.
Identify and approach potential clients who require IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
