Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on driving recent business opportunities and building strong relationships with industry, academic partners, and innovation-focused organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients,



conducting meetings and presentations, and promoting Where U Elevate®’s AI-powered talent and innovation solutions. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and tracking performance metrics to support revenue growth and market expansion. This is a contract, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with stakeholders and the core team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert current opportunities.
Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to maintain relationships, manage pipelines, and support long-term partnerships.
