Role Description The Relationship Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mau Ranipur. This role is responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers, explaining financial products and services, and supporting them in choosing appropriate loan and credit solutions.



Day-to-day activities include field visits, customer meetings, documentation assistance, and coordination with branch and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications. The Relationship Executive will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, support collections in a customer-centric manner, and help drive branch-level business growth. The role involves meeting sales and service targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism, compliance, and ethical standards.
