Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Residential Primary & Secondary Sales to drive residential sales across Bandra and South Mumbai, covering both primary sales from developers and secondary/resale transactions.

The role will involve managing the complete sales lifecycle—from sourcing and client acquisition to property presentations, negotiations, documentation, and closure—while building robust relationships with developers, property owners, HNIs, investors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end residential sales across both primary and secondary markets in Bandra and South Mumbai.




Develop and maintain robust relationships with developers, homeowners, HNIs, investors, and end-users.
Source and build a strong portfolio of primary developer inventory and secondary/resale properties.
Generate and manage buyer mandates based on clients' investment, lifestyle, and end-use requirements.
Advise clients on pricing, market positioning, investment potential, and transaction strategy.
Conduct property inspections, client walkthroughs, presentations, and site visits.
Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
Manage the complete transaction process, including offer management, documentation, due diligence, agreements, and registration.
Coordinate with developers, legal teams, banks, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, opportunities, and active transactions through CRM.
