Required Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization. Proven experience in extracting data from Data Warehouses and developing dashboards based on predefined business criteria. Experience publishing dashboards for executive leadership and senior management consumption. Experience developing dashboards for web-based applications or websites. Technical Skills
Solid experience with Python-based visualization technologies, including: Plotly Dash Matplotlib Seaborn Bokeh (preferred) Robust experience with at least one leading visualization platform such as: Tableau Grafana Power BI Qlik Sense Looker (preferred) Proficiency in: SQL Data Modeling Data Warehousing concepts ETL/Data Extraction processes Understanding of:



KPI development Data storytelling Dashboard UX/UI best practices Performance optimization techniques Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and business interaction skills. Ability to gather requirements directly from senior leadership and business teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile settings. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of REST APIs and web application integration. Experience building real-time dashboards and monitoring solutions. Exposure to data governance and security best practices.
