About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to build and scale AI-enabled, cloud-native applications for a fast-paced Fin Tech product setting. The role will have a solid backend focus (70%) with frontend development (30%), requiring deep expertise in Python, React.js, AWS, and Postgre SQL. You'll own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, while integrating AI/Gen AI capabilities into production applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python. Develop responsive and production-ready frontend applications using React.js. Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to production deployment. Build cloud-native and serverless applications using AWS. Design and optimize Postgre SQL databases, including schemas, queries, indexing, and performance. Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into production applications. Build AI-powered features including intelligent search,



chat interfaces, document processing, and workflow automation. Integrate AI APIs such as Open AI, Claude, Azure Open AI, or similar platforms. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Engineering teams. Build reusable components, automation tools, APIs, and internal applications. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready. Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Full Stack / Software Engineering. Strong hands-on expertise in Python and backend development. Strong experience with React.js and up-to-date frontend development. Solid hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, including cloud-native and serverless architectures.
