Job Title: Service Now ITAM Developer – HAM Pro & SAM Pro
Work timings : 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
Must have skills:
Customization and implementation experience of SAM PRO and HAM PRO, this is not a functional role. 5+ years of Service Now development experience. Robust hands-on experience with both Service Now HAM Pro and SAM Pro. Solid experience with HAM7890-( Workspace and SAM Workspace. Proven experience in Service Now customization and configuration, not only functional ITAM operations. Strong Service Now scripting experience using: Java Script Glide APIs Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions ACLs Scheduled Jobs Solid experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and APIs. Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Service Now ITAM Developer with strong technical experience in both Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
The ideal candidate should have experience configuring, customizing, developing, integrating,



and supporting Service Now HAM Pro and SAM Pro, rather than working only in a functional or process-oriented ITAM role.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing IT Asset Management solutions, including asset lifecycle workflows, model normalization, software licensing, entitlement management, CMDB/Discovery integrations, automation, reporting, and custom Service Now configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Service Now HAM Pro & SAM Pro Development
Configure, customize, and maintain Service Now HAM Pro and SAM Pro based on business and technical requirements. Develop and customize HAM Workspace and SAM Workspace functionality. Configure asset and software lifecycle processes, workflows, approvals, tasks, and playbooks. Configure and maintain hardware/software models, normalization rules, asset records, entitlements, contracts, and catalogs. Customize out-of-box functionality
