Design and deliver Walk Me enablement workshops Facilitate hands-on sessions using Walk Me playbooks and certification programs Identify and support Walk Me "champions" Establish a Walk Me Center of Excellence (Co E) for governance Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers. Collaborate closely with Client stakeholders to identify instructional goals/objectives for Walk Me programs and design solutions for Walk Me Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design course format and packaging to provide seamless learner (User) experience Participate in and contribute to setting the Project standards for learning experience Design, build, and maintain Walk Me Smart Walk-Thrus, Smart Tips, Launchers, Shout Outs, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to identify user pain points and digital adoption prospects. Configure Walk Me to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support. Develop segmentation,



rules, and goals within Walk Me for personalized user experiences. Train team members on Walk Me platform Experience and Qualification
5+Years experience working with Walk Me and 10+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role Walkme developer and Program Manager certified Walkme DAP100 qualified Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, Success Factors, Oracle, Salesforce, Servicenow, websites, etc. Walkme system provisioning experience Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Walk Me deployments Support training efforts by aligning Walk Me content with instructional design best practices Robust interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment Customer focused and results oriented with attent
