Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Open Stack professional with solid expertise in core architecture, development, and customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Open Stack source code (beyond deployment) and a deep understanding of its internal components, workflows, and integrations. This role requires robust programming skills, system-level understanding, and the ability to work on customized or forked Open Stack implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Open Stack components based on business requirements. Work extensively with Open Stack source code, contributing to enhancements and custom implementations. Understand and optimize interactions between various Open Stack services. Develop and integrate REST APIs for cloud services and applications.



Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, and system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient cloud solutions. Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of Open Stack-based environments. Work on process management, logging, monitoring, and debugging in distributed systems. Required Skills & Qualifications:
12–20 years of overall experience in software development with solid exposure to cloud technologies. Solid understanding of Open Stack architecture and service interactions. Hands-on experience working with Open Stack source code (not limited to deployment). Proven experience in customizing or working on forked Open Stack implementations. Hands-on experience with at least one or more Open Stack components: Nova (Compute) Neutron (Networking) Cinder (Block Storage) Glance (Image Services) Strong programming expertise in Python.
