About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a high-growth Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role — you will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with code. The stack is Azure-first, event-driven, and cloud-native.

NET Core and C# with clean architecture principles Build and maintain React-based frontends integrated with robust backend systems Own infrastructure-as-code delivery using Terraform on Azure Containerise and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes Define and enforce CI/CD pipeline standards across the team Write and enforce integration testing standards for production-grade quality Mentor 3–6 engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical guidance Collaborate with product, architecture, and Dev Ops stakeholders across geographies What We're Looking For
Mandatory:
8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience Expert-level. NET Core / ASP. NET Core and C# development Solid React and Type Script with production delivery experience LINQ proficiency for data access and manipulation Kafka — producer/consumer design, event-driven architecture Azure cloud depth — Azure Functions and Azure App Services Terraform for infrastructure provisioning on Azure Docker/containerisation and CI/CD pipeline ownership Integration testing as a discipline, not an afterthought Demonstrated team lead or tech lead experience Positive to Have:
