Experience in working with stakeholders. Experience in Identify System Inefficiency. Experience in Security update and applications deployments. Experience in Designing and Developing Configuration. Experience in Creating Current Service Now procedures and workflows. Estimate, organize, plan, and prioritize testing-related tasks. Control update sets for the code base's transfer to test and production settings. Coordinate vendors for Service Now product flaws. Oversee Service Now administration, planning, and maintenance.
