Role: Senior Service Now Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote (India) | Offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Weeks Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Service Now solutions across enterprise settings. Implement, configure, and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. Manage and enhance ITOM capabilities including CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and CMDB integrations. Support Security Operations modules including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), along with integrations such as Qualys. Develop and maintain custom Service Now applications and Service Portal solutions. Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and Automation Engine. Perform platform upgrades, patch updates, health checks, and production support activities. Develop and maintain Service Now scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI components using Java Script, Angular JS, HTML, and SQL.



Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support for incidents, requests, and enhancements. Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience. Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Sec Ops modules. Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and integrations. Experience with Service Portal Development. Robust knowledge of Java Script, Angular JS, HTML, and SQL. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Service Now Automation capabilities. Experience handling platform upgrades, patching, and production support. Mandatory Certifications
