JL 3A – Order Management / Process SME
Location: Pune Only
Experience: 2.5+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation and booking through fulfillment, delivery and billing.
Handle customer orders, order processing, booking activities and billing-related queries.
Work on SAP for order processing and related activities.
SAP ByD experience is preferred.
Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Coordinate with internal teams,



customers and client stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor orders, identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Prepare reports, track process performance and perform analysis using MS Excel.
Support process training and structured learning sessions.
Identify training requirements and contribute to training manuals, SOPs and course materials.
Candidates should be currently based in the respective hiring location.
Relocation candidates are not preferred due to client requirements.
