Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager – C&I; role based in Bengaluru. The role includes identifying and developing new commercial and industrial (C&I;) client relationships, generating qualified leads, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and financial models,



deliver presentations, and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution scoping, supporting tender and RFP responses, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. The individual will be expected to track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and represent Evolve Energy Group at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or other infrastructure solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation, with the ability to close complex, high-value deals.
- Capability to conduct market and financial analysis, including understanding project economics, ROI, and payback
