- ₹3 LPA during the first 6 months (Probation)
- ₹5 LPA Fixed post successful completion of probation

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
This is an entry-level sales role focused on identifying potential customers, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and creating current business opportunities for the sales team.
You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, willing to learn, comfortable with outbound outreach, and excited about building a career in sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Generate new leads and build a healthy pipeline of potential customers.
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture early-stage conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards individual lead generation and meeting-booking targets.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Research new industries, companies, and potential customer segments.
- Experiment with different outreach messages and approaches to improve response rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand which types of leads are converting better.
- Keep track of prospect feedback and share relevant market insights with the team.
- Continuously learn about the company's offerings, customers, and sales process.
