We are hiring: Business Development Executive (Freshers Welcome)

₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus uncapped incentives | Freshers to 1 year

INOBAL is a global branding, consulting, media and strategic growth advisory firm headquartered in Missouri, USA, with operations in Ahmedabad. We work with founders, executives and organisations across the US, UK, Europe and Africa. Alongside our advisory work we run Worth Minds, our editorial and publishing platform, and a virtual employee division that provides offshore sales teams to international clients.

We are hiring Business Development Executives to open conversations with decision makers across international markets and convert them into clients. If you can hold a confident conversation in English, take rejection without losing momentum and want a real career in international sales, we will train you on everything else.

What you will do

Research and build targeted prospect lists across international markets using LinkedIn and other databases

Run daily outreach across cold email,



LinkedIn, calls and follow up sequences

Write personalised messages that get replies instead of sending the same template to everyone

Handle objections, qualify prospects and book discovery calls for the senior team

Present our services including branding, consulting, editorial features and virtual employee solutions

Update the CRM daily and keep a clean, accurate pipeline

Follow up consistently until a prospect either converts or clearly declines

Coordinate onboarding and handover for closed clients with the operations team

What you need

Confident spoken and written English, since you will speak with international clients daily

Willingness to make calls and send outreach every day without being pushed

Resilience to handle rejection and keep going

Basic comfort with LinkedIn, email, Google Sheets and CRM tools

Graduate in any stream, BBA, MBA, Commerce or Marketing preferred
