nResponsibilities:

- n
- Respond to customer queries through email, calls, and the customer support platform, as required.n
- Build an understanding of client processes and policies n
- You should be able to think on your feet, respond clearly using templates and follow due process. You will escalate customer issues as needed to your team manager.n
- Identify recurring customer issues and work with relevant teams to improve customer communication and support resources.n
- Create and maintain FAQs based on frequently asked customer queries. n
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the larger team. n

nMinimum Qualifications (Must have):

- n
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the finance or financial market
