Job Description Role Summary The Senior Specialist, Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) is a strategic analytics partner supporting commercial, marketing, and omnichannel decision-making across priority therapeutic areas. This role transforms complex internal and external data into clear, actionable insights that shape brand strategy, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance. Acting as a data translator , the Senior Specialist BIA bridges business needs with analytics, data science, market research, and technology teams. The role contributes actively to a data-driven culture , ensures alignment with global analytics frameworks, and may mentor junior analysts while collaborating within the international BIA community. Primary Responsibilities 1. Business & Commercial Insights Analyze current and historical performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands,



campaigns, customers, and channels. Provide fact-based recommendations to support marketing strategy, sales execution, forecasting, and omnichannel effectiveness . Translate complex analytics into explicit narratives tailored to senior and nontechnical stakeholders. Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision making. 2. Performance Measurement & Reporting Contribute to the design of dashboards and standard reports tracking KPIs related to brand performance, sales force effectiveness, and customer engagement. Ensure consistency, equity, and robustness of KPIs across therapeutic areas and functions. Monitor campaign, brand, and omnichannel performance, highlighting insights and opportunities.
