We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality function and drive a strong culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
? Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Process Quality
- Lead and supervise incoming, in-process and final product inspection activities.
- Ensure products meet approved quality standards, customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement inspection plans, SOPs, testing methods and quality procedures.
- Monitor process variations, rejections and quality deviations and ensure timely corrective action.
Quality Improvement
- Analyze rejection, rework and process-loss trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to improve process capability and reduce quality losses.
- Support recent product development, trials, process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Customer Quality & Audits
- Handle customer quality complaints through effective root-cause analysis and timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales and Technical teams for resolution of customer quality concerns.
- Lead internal, external and customer audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain quality documentation, calibration records, test reports and inspection records.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor QC Engineers, Officers and Inspectors.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Conduct training on quality standards, inspection methods, testing procedures and quality awareness.
Reporting & Coordination
- Monitor key quality KPIs including reje
