Responsibilities: - Manage Documents and Files in SharePoint File
Directory.



Create and maintain descriptions for each file - Handle
day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely
recording of financial transactions. - Prepare and analyze
financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements,
and cash flow statements. - Conduct thorough research on financial
regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and
informed decision-making. - Act as the sole point of contact for
all financial activities, including tax-related matters. - Manage
Communication between Company Stakeholders (Owners) and financial
institutions (EDS/SRS/UR.GOV.LV) in Latvia - Prepare legal
documents ready to sign for Stakeholders - Assist in the
preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for
management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide
financial insights and support strategic decision-making. -
