Job Description
Embedded RTOS Engineer Location: Mysore Experience: 4-10 Years Job Description Required Skills: - Solid experience in Embedded C/C++ Programming - Hands-on expertise in RTOS development (FreeRTOS, VxWorks, ThreadX, QNX, Integrity, RTLinux, or similar) - Experience in multithreading, task scheduling, synchronization mechanisms, semaphores, mutexes, queues, and interrupts - Strong understanding of Microcontrollers/Microprocessors (ARM Cortex-M/A, NXP, Renesas, TI, STM32, etc.) - Experience in Board Bring-up, BSP Development, Bootloaders, and Device Drivers - Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet - Experience with debugging using JTAG, Lauterbach, GDB, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer - Understanding of memory management, low-latency systems, and performance optimization - Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies Key Responsibilities - Design, develop,
and maintain Embedded RTOS-based software applications - Develop device drivers, middleware, and BSP components - Implement and optimize real-time applications with strict timing requirements - Perform board bring-up, hardware-software integration, and debugging - Analyze and resolve system-level issues related to performance, memory, and reliability - Collaborate with hardware, validation, and application development teams - Support product development from architecture through production release Preferred Experience - Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Telecom domains - Experience with Embedded Linux alongside RTOS environments will be preferred Notice Period ✅ Immediate Joiners / 0-30 Days Preferred
