About the Role:

Sewani Construction is hiring a Sales Executive to join our in office team at our commercial development project in Ahmedabad. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and investors visiting the site — representing our brand, understanding their requirements, and driving them toward closure through structured follow-ups and head office meetings with our senior team.

This is a high-energy, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction and wants to build a career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage walk-in clients, investors, and channel partners at our commercial site
/n
- Pitch the project's value proposition with confidence and product knowledge
/n
- Convert site visits into qualified meetings with senior sales leadership at the head office
/n
- Manage the lead pipeline — calls, follow-ups, updates, and CRM entries
/n
- Build lasting relationships with brokers, corporates, and prospective buyers
/n
- Coordinate with marketing, legal,



and finance teams for smooth deal progression
/n
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in Ahmedabad
/n

/n

Requirements:

/n

/n
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (commercial real estate strongly preferred)
/n
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is mandatory
/n
- Ahmedabad-based candidates only
/n
- Excellent communication, soft-spoken, presentable, and client-focused
/n
- Working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
/n
- Existing network of brokers or clients in Ahmedabad is a strong plus
/n
- Graduate in any discipline
