Complex Denial Root/-Cause Analysis & Prevention/: Identify systemic clinical, coding, registration, or billing errors analyse trends in EOB/ERA claim denials, CARC/RARC reason codes, and clearinghouse rejections and collaborate with cross/-functional teams to put preventive front/-end controls in place. High/-Value & Complex Claim Appeals Management/: Compile clinical documentation and coding justification while conducting research, preparing, and overseeing complex, multi/-level appeals for high/-value claims rejected for medical necessity, experimental procedures, authorisation lapses, level/-of/-care disputes, and timely filing limits. Payer Contractual Underpayment Auditing/:



Determine trends in payer underpayment, non/-compliance with fee schedules, or incorrect line/-item reductions, and file variance recovery claims by comparing posted insurance payments and contractual allowances against contractual fee schedules and payer master agreements.
