Principal Engineer Oracle ERP GL and Subledger Accounting
About the Role:
As a Principal Engineer in the Global ERP Engineering team, you will be a senior-most builder responsible for leading end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance solutions. You will bring deep expertise in General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards. Operating across multiple functional domains, you will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers to raise the overall capability of the team.

What You Will Do:
Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes, including rules for Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets, ensuring compliance with US Reporting requirements.




Define and enforce solution architecture patterns for ERPEPM integrations covering FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
Partner with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
Provide architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, EDMCS governance, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
Lead design and oversight of integrations within Oracle ERP/EPM and with external T-Mobile platforms and vendor-owned applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient data flows.
Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, guiding technical reviews and ensuring solution quality.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and global ERP leaders to drive long-term roadmap execution.
