Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a premium hotel construction project in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the project within defined timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and construction project execution expertise, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the overall construction and project execution activities from mobilization to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Project Monitoring & Control




- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, and management.
- Lead project review meetings and present project updates to senior leadership.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Budget & Cost Management
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within approved budgets.
- Review contractor bills, BOQs, variations, and change orders.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and timelines.
