We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and well-spoken Relationship Executive to handle client communication, conduct venue visits, support sales, and ensure the property is well-maintained and presented professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle client enquiries, communication, and follow-ups.
2. Conduct venue/property tours and explain facilities and offerings.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Manage leads and support conversions/bookings.
5. Assist in achieving sales targets.
6. Regularly inspect the property for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance.
7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
8. Ensure the property is always client-ready and well-presented.
Requirements
1. Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
2. Confident, presentable, and client-friendly personality.
3. Strong sales and convincing skills.
4. Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
5. Attention to detail and ownership.
6. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer relations, or property management is a plus.
7. Freshers with excellent communication and a sales-oriented mindset can apply.
