Job Title / Position: Salesforce Support Engineer

/n

Experience: 2-4 years

/n

Location: Pune (Balewadi)

/n

5 Days work from office

/n

Immediate - 15days joiner preferred

Responsibilities:

/n

/n
- Provide end-to-end production support for Salesforce applications.
/n
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
/n
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and data issues.
/n
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
/n
- Manage Salesforce security, sharing, data quality,



and system performance.
/n
- Support and enhance Service Cloud processes including Case Management, Queues, Assignment Rules, and Escalations.
/n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
/n
- Participate in release planning, deployment support, and hypercare activities.
/n
- Mentor junior support engineers and establish support best practices.
/n
- Prepare support metrics, incident reports, and governance updates.
/n

Required Skills:

/n

/n
- 4 to 5 years of Salesforce Administration and Production Support experience.
/n
- Robust expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
/n
- Experience with Salesforce security architecture and access management.
/n
- Hands-on experience with Flow automation and troubleshooting.
/n
- Experience supporting integrations with external applications.
/n
- Knowledge of deployment processes and change management.
