Job Position - Factory supervisor Location - Pathethan. Tal. Daund Dist. Pune. Responsibilitys. 1)Production Management Ensure daily production targets are achieved. Monitor workflow and optimize productivity. Plan manpower and machine utilization. 2)Team Supervision Supervise workers and operators on the shop floor. Assign duties and shifts to employees. Train current workers and improve team skills. 3)Inventory & Material Control Ensure availability of raw materials. Minimize wastage and control scrap. Coordinate with store and purchase departments. 4).Coordination with Departments Work closely with Planning, QC, Maintenance, and HR. Resolve shop-floor issues quickly. Education. Graduation should be completed. Skills. Ms excel. And Positive communication skills. Salary. 18 to 25k Depends on interview.
