Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote our courses.
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments.
Understand the course offerings and provide detailed information to potential customers.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in Sheet.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
Good communication skills and ability to talk confidently on the phone.
Friendly, persuasive, and motivated to achieve daily sales targets.
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
No prior sales experience required - freshers are welcome to apply.
