Role Purpose:
To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant dispatch of all ecommerce orders and proper handling of returns and inward stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and dispatch of ecommerce orders.
Ensure packing as per platform and company guidelines.
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups.
Maintain dispatch and return records.
Handle RTO and return inward stock.
Maintain packing material and work area cleanliness.
Responsibility & Control:
Responsible for shipment accuracy and packaging quality.
Responsible for proper inward of returns and stock updates.
No shipment to be dispatched without system confirmation.
Must report damages, shortages, or mismatches immediately.
Skills Required:
Basic computer and barcode handling knowledge
Understanding of warehouse and courier processes
Physical ability for packing and material handling
Valuable coordination skills
