The Client Servicing Analyst will be responsible for interaction with onshore counterparts (internal business partners) throughout the Public/Private client life cycle, and partnering with various stakeholders including Product, Relationship Managers, Marketing, Compliance, Legal to deliver a distinctive client experience. He/she will work with business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding process as well as perform administrative/reporting support for servicing teams. The Analyst will be accountable to complete the request as per the timelines with 100% accuracy and in a highly skilled manner by managing inbound/outbound communication. The Analyst must have the ability to identify and resolve issues timely and efficiently and work independently with mínimal supervision in a quick paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develop in-depth expertise of the process being handled and continuously focus on improving the process to enhance client experience and bring efficiencies.




Partnering with cross functional teams to maintain and improve the onboarding process as well as enhancing client servicing related activities.
Assessment and enhancement of workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Database maintenance and compilation of business metrics.
Conduct other adhoc and special projects as required.
